Me, Myself and Autism around Sunderland

Me, Myself & Autism is a self-awareness and understanding course for autistic adults in Sunderland. It is run by Autism In Mind (AIM). The course takes an in-depth look at what it really means to be autistic – promoting positive mental health and improved self-confidence.

It shows the type of course and material we should probably aspire to for North Yorkshire and York.

The organisation is also commissioned to deliver weekly training to staff at their local mental health NHS Foundation Trust, CNTW, based on levels 1 & 2 of the Core Capabilities Framework for Supporting Autistic People.
