- Apr 22: Initial planning following tragic inquest of ZZ
- Aug 22: Meetings with Minister and senior Government Officials
- Nov 22: Incorporated as YaaaG cic
- Focus Group with Healthwatch in Thirsk: Autism and mental health
- Early 23: York ND Partnership created with York NDc
- Nov 23: Launched “ND Warm Welcome” with York Quakers
- April 24: Reprioritised strategic influence over service delivery
Plans for 2024/25:
- Collaborative relationship building with Partners in both health and social care
- Help establish new Autism Peer Support groups across North Yorkshire
- Promote sharing of ideas and expertise through ICT platforms and forums
- Developing a robust business case for provision of funded Peer Support
- Identify fundraising opportunities for YaaaG and others
- Stimulate development of a network of Autism Champions across society
- Explore potential for YaaaG cic to convert into Registered Charity (CIO)
